Prospectus
A prospectus will contain important information about funds objectives, strategies,
investment objectives and the expenses associated with different share classes.
For funds with sales charges or loads, the performance data reflected in most prospectuses
reflect the maximum charges. TradePMR charges transaction fees on some mutual fund
purchases and redemptions, which are not reflected on performance data. If the fees
were factored into the performance, then the fund's results would be lower. Read
the prospectus carefully to make sure the fund is appropriate for your goals and
risk tolerance before you purchase a fund.
Fund registration
Not all funds are registered for sale in all states. Ask your Investment Advisor
representative about the availability of specific funds in your state. In addition,
not all securities, products and services described here are available outside of
the United States. The information contained in these pages is not an offer to sell
or a solicitation of an offer to buy the securities, products or services mentioned
here, and no offers or sales will be made in jurisdictions in which the offer and
sale of these securities, products and services is not qualified or otherwise exempt
from regulation.
Past performance is no indication of future results, and values fluctuate
A funds historical performance does not promise the same results in the future.
A mutual funds share price will fluctuate with different market conditions causing
fluctuations in the principal value of the fund. At any given time your investment
value may be worth more or less than your original cost when you redeem shares.
Taxes
Mutual fund shareholders will receive taxable dividends and capital gains. When
distributed, these dividends and capital gains can affect the overall returns realized
from your mutual fund investment. Income you receive from Money Market Funds may
be subject to the Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT). Please consult your tax advisor
before making any mutual fund investment. TradePMR does not offer tax advice except
to request that you consider the impact of taxes before investing.
