Execution Services
Transaction charges can be handled multiple ways:
Per-Trade Client Paid
The default method of transaction charges occur when a client account has a per-trade cost that will net from the proceeds or cost of the transactions.
Per-Trade Advisor Paid
The second method is for the Advisor to pay for the clients ticket charges. This option does not charge the client a ticket charge, but rather the Advisor pays the charge in a once a month deduction for the net activity from their account.
Asset Based
Lastly, asset-based-pricing is available for clients to pay a periodic asset-based fee in lieu of paying commissions at the time of each transaction. The pricing of this schedule varies depending upon the assets under management and past and future anticipated activity of the Advisor.
* Asset based pricing is determined on a firm-by-firm basis.
Note: Due to market share availability, some orders may not be completely filled at one time, so you may receive partial executions throughout the day or (if a good-'till-canceled order) over the course of several days. Orders executed in multiple fills on the same trading day will be charged a single commission.
TradePMR reserves the right to change these fees at any time without notice.
