Enrolling is as Easy as One, Two, Three

To enroll in Access Online, you only need to: Call Access Online Support at 877-488-3748, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A representative will help you establish your login credentials (user ID and temporary password) and provide the login Web address. He or she will also assist with your initial login and make sure you’re able to successfully change your password to one of your choosing.

Bookmark the login Web address for future logins.

Log in to Access Online immediately to view your accounts. Upon your first login, you will be presented with an Online Agreement that you will be required to sign and accept. You will only need to complete this agreement once; it will not be presented to you on subsequent visits.

That’s all there is to it! Once you’re enrolled, you will be able to take advantage of Access Online’s many features whenever you want.

For current eCustody retail users: We have already established new User ID’s and Passwords. Beginning Tuesday September 6th, all retail users who login to eCustody will be see their new User ID and Password for Access Online. These users will be able to immediately access the site without the need to call the support desk and go through the initial enrolment process.

Simplify Paying Your Bills

If you have Access Online and an Advantage, Advantage Basic or Command account, you can sign-up for Online BillPay, which will let you receive and pay bills, view bill reminders and messages, view bill activity, and access the BillPay system help, all from one page – the Payment Center.

With Online BillPay, you’ll be able to:

  • Set up a single payment or series of payments (for mortgage or car payments, etc.)
  • Keep an eye on pending payments and cancel or change them, if necessary
  • Review your payment activity
  • Choose from one, two or three of the bill reminder alternatives
  • Sign up for eBills so electronic versions of your bills will be sent securely to your Online BillPay service

For Advantage, Advantage Basic or Command Account holders, signing up on Access Online for free Online BillPay is easy:

  1. Go to the Account & Services tab and select Online BillPay in the lower left-hand corner.
  2. Click the Enroll Me button on the login page.
  3. Follow the prompts.

Go Paperless

Many investors find it challenging to manage the amount of mail they receive on a daily basis. To help you eliminate some of this clutter, the Access Online service allows you immediate online access to your account Statements, Trade Confirmations and Tax Documents/1099s – as soon as they are created.

Once enrolled for paperless settings, the client will no longer receive paper statements and trade confirmations through the mail. Instead, they will be notified by e-mail when a new document is available to view online. This is especially convenient for trade confirmations as it waives the Shipping and Handling fee on transactions.

You can also enroll to receive shareholder communications (proxies, prospectuses, annual reports) electronically, allowing for a complete and cohesive paperless delivery of all account communications.

Note: Existing paperless settings are unable to be forwarded to Access Online. All users will need to reestablish their paperless settings as soon as possible.

  • Launch Portfolio Tracker to get 15-minute delayed streaming quotes, news and charts on your desktop. You can receive updates throughout the day on market indexes, securities and breaking news on your portfolio, even when you’re not logged in to Access Online.
  • Obtain real-time quotes, news, charts, company profiles, ratings, research reports and industry comparisons.
  • Set up Market Alerts you can receive on any device with an e-mail address (PC, mobile phone, pager or PDA). You can get alerts for individual securities, entire portfolios or specific industries.
  • Go paperless and view your account statements, trade confirmations, tax documents/1099s as soon as they are created. You can also enroll to receive shareholder communications (proxies, prospectuses, annual reports) electronically.
  • Download your account information to Quicken® or Microsoft Excel.
