Access Online is getting an upgrade! When you visit the old Access Online in late July, you will be redirected to a new website hosted by Wells Fargo Online® with an improved digital experience that simplifies the way you access your investment accounts online.

  1. When visiting the old Access Online website, you will be redirected to the new website OR you can visit tradepmr.com and click on 'Client Login OR you can click the 'Client Login' at the top of this page. Click enroll and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the re-enrollment process. This process should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

    Note: If you are currently a Wells Fargo customer with online access, you will not need to re-enroll. You will be able to sign on to the new Access Online with your current Wells Fargo user ID and password.
  2. Review and accept the Wells Fargo Online® Access Agreement, accept exchange subscriber agreements, and set your document delivery preferences. Set your document delivery preferences to digital (if you don’t want paper statements).
  3. Update any browser bookmarks or shortcuts saved to the previous login page with the new web address.

Once re-enrolled, you will also be able to access your accounts on the Wells Fargo application from your mobile device.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

I am already enrolled in Access Online. Do I have to re-enroll for this website change? 

Yes, you will need to re-enroll in the new website. You can re-use your existing user ID and the password requirements are simplified and transparent. The enrollment process will also include two-factor authentication to ensure security. 

I am already a Wells Fargo customer with online access. Do I have to set up another account online for this website change?

If you are also a Wells Fargo customer with online access, you will not need to re-enroll. You will be able to sign on to the new Access Online with your Wells Fargo credentials. However, if you would like to continue electronic delivery for your TradePMR brokerage accounts, you must login prior to July 31st to elect for online delivery for these specific accounts. 

Will the website be changing? 

Yes. There will be a new URL for online access/client login. The new site integrates money movement features so clients who have Brokerage Cash Services1 (BCS) can move seamlessly between the brokerage/investment accounts and the banking services hosted by Wells Fargo Online®. You will automatically be redirected to the new URL when visiting the current site on July 26th. Additionally, your Financial Advisor may have a unique URL to their branded specific page. Please connect with your Advisor for additional details. 

Are there any changes to online trading? 

Yes, online trading will be discontinued on conversion weekend.

What are the differences between Access Online today and after July? 

In general, the way Access Online works today for clients who view their investments online will not change. You will be able to move seamlessly between the brokerage/investment accounts and the money movement services hosted by Wells Fargo Online. 

If you also have Brokerage Cash Services (BCS) on your account, the Transfer & Pay menu will be updated to connect to the banking features available with BCS, like Bill Pay, online wires, Zelle®, etc.  

  • If you are enabled for online trading, online trading will be discontinued. This feature is unavailable on the new platform. 
  • If you have other relationships with Wells Fargo, like a checking account, mortgage, or other accounts, you will be able to see their brokerage accounts on your Account Summary page through wellsfargo.com or the Wells Fargo Mobile app.  
  • There are more self-service options for security and money movement. 

Does this change impact Quicken® or TurboTax® linking? 

Yes. Clients who use Quicken or Turbo Tax will need to re-establish those links once they have re-enrolled in their online account access.
