Chaz is a member of TradePMR’s leadership team and helps support the overall growth of the organization. As General Counsel Chaz works across TradePMR departments and is tasked with exploring new ways to enhance the provider’s service and technology offerings to streamline advisor workflows and facilitate RIA success.
Chaz has over twenty-five years of experience in the financial services industry, and most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of a financial services firm where he led a FINRA registered broker-dealer, an SEC registered investment adviser, and a division comprised of several insurance agencies. An entrepreneur, Chaz has formed, acquired, and sold several companies in the financial and food industries. He holds FINRA Series SIE, 4, 7, 24, 27, 63, 65, 66, and 79 licenses. He earned his JD from Widener University School of Law in 1997 and is admitted to the bar in Maryland and Florida.
Chaz lives in South Jersey, just outside of Philadelphia, and frequently visits TradePMR’s offices in Tampa and Gainesville. Chaz enjoys traveling and spending summers on the Jersey shore with his wife, Julie, and three adult children, Chaz, Joey and Lauren.
