He is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as the CFO and FINOP for multiple prominent broker-dealer entities.
 
With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the financial services sector, Danny possesses deep expertise in financial operations, capital management, and rigorous regulatory reporting across both introducing and self-clearing broker-dealer environments. Throughout his career, he has successfully navigated complex regulatory frameworks, ensuring rigorous adherence to SEC, FINRA, and CFTC regulations. As a strategic leader, he oversees critical financial reporting processes, liquidity stress testing, and regulatory compliance initiatives, while leading dedicated teams of financial operations professionals to support organizational growth.
 
Danny’s robust professional background is supported by strong academic and industry credentials. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Asmara, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Metropolitan State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Danny further demonstrates his deep technical proficiency by maintaining key FINRA licenses, including the Series 3, 7, and 27.
