Melissa leads all Human Resources functions, including strategy, talent acquisition, leadership and team development, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. As the HR Manager, she has led the company through a period of rapid growth while working with managers across the organization to ensure the company culture has thrived. She is responsible for the firm's new Diversity and Inclusion Committee and is a member of the employee-led Fun and Philanthropy committee. In 2022, she led the firm to be named one of Florida's Best Companies to Work For6.
Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of Florida. She has also earned her Series 7 securities license and her SHRM-CP Certification. Melissa and her family reside in the Tampa area, where they cheer (loudly) for the Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Rays, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
