Susan leads the Accounts department at TradePMR, overseeing account opening, maintenance, and various administrative tasks to ensure seamless account management. She and her team are dedicated to delivering white-glove service, working closely with advisors to facilitate quick and efficient account opening, and addressing all account servicing needs with precision.
With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, including a background as a bank operations manager, Susan has been a valuable member of TradePMR since 2014. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and holds Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
Residing in Alachua, Florida, Susan enjoys spending quality time with her two sons, Jack and Sam.
