The recognition underscores TradePMR’s advisor-first philosophy, rapid innovation, and the growing momentum behind the Fusion platform as we prepare for a transformative 2026.
Thursday night in New York City, TradePMR and Robinhood were honored as Industry Disruptor of the Year at the 2025 ThinkAdvisor Luminaries awards.
The award celebrates firms reshaping financial advice through innovation, leadership, and meaningful impact on the advisor community. For TradePMR, the recognition reflects more than a single year of progress. It speaks to the strength of an advisor-first culture and the unified effort of teams across both TradePMR and Robinhood to build technology and service models that empower RIAs to grow.
“This recognition is really about our teams and the advisor-first culture that drives everything we do,” said Robb Baldwin, Founder and General Manager of TradePMR. “We’ve built momentum by listening closely to advisors, responding quickly to their needs, and committing to innovation that genuinely supports their growth.”
This is TradePMR and Robinhood’s second time being recognized as a disruptive force in the wealth management industry. In September, the firms won an award for being an Industry Disruptor at Informa’s 2025 Wealth Management Industry Awards1.
In addition to winning Industry Disruptor of the Year, TradePMR and its leaders were honored as finalists across several categories. Fusion SYNC, TradePMR’s AI-powered technology designed to make it seamless for firms to transition their book of business, was named a finalist in the Product Innovation of the Year category. TradePMR’s Hardik Patel was named a finalist for Chief Technology Officer of the Year, while Robb Baldwin was a finalist for CEO of the Year.
TradePMR’s has been guided by an RIA-first philosophy since the beginning, and it remains the driving force behind everything the firm does today. By listening closely to advisors and investing in the technology that supports their growth, TradePMR has positioned itself as a catalyst for the next wave of RIA success.
Now aligned with the technology talent of Robinhood, which serves more than 27 million funded customers, TradePMR is committed to building a platform purpose-built to help advisors seize the opportunity of the Great Wealth Transfer and serve the next-generation of investors. With the upcoming launch of TradePMR’s referral marketplace and an all-new dual custody platform, 2026 promises to be a landmark year. These initiatives represent the next stage of disruption by expanding the ways advisors connect with clients and modernizing the custody experience to help meet the expectations of a fast-evolving market.
“We’re just getting started,” Baldwin added. “We’re doubling down on our commitment to be the most advisor-centric partner in the industry. We believe the best days for RIAs on our platform are ahead of us.”
